This is the last day of April and I would like to inform you dear readers that the concert season is back to Jakarta. May, which starts tomorrow is going to be packed with concerts all around Jakarta.

We can choose from piano recital, trumpet recital, choir concert, harp recital, orchestra, and many others. For more information you can go to Concert Info page, where you can find the schedule of those concerts. And if possible, please use this opportunity to bring a friend who has never been to a concert before to experience the beauty music.

And expect to read a new concert review in this blog. Been planning to attend concerts in May. See you there….

Have you seen youth orchestra that is so engaged to the music just like this one? The overwhelming energy was balanced with clarity. This is the product of El Sistema, the one that we talked about a while ago. Wow. Found it via TEDtalks.

(more…)

(more…)
